Frequently asked questions

How do I book a class?

Just email Kate the class and your name to kate@lamasteyoga.com or send a text to 0877568166 Once we have confirmed your place you can pay in advance for the term online through paypal or you can also pay in cash on the first day of the term if you prefer. We run yoga terms to fit in with the school term, book the Autumn term now and guarantee your child's place every week and save money or check if drop in space is available.

What does my child need to bring?

We have mats and props at the Alchemy School of Yoga. You can give your child a bottle of water to have during class if you like. Everything else is provided.

What are the costs?

Parents can pay for a term in advance and save money and guarantee their child's place every week. Autumn 2019 Term is €80 for 8 classes. If it is your child's first term you will be their first class free. You can pay safely online in advance once your child's place has been confirmed or you can pay in cash on the first day of our Autumn Term. There is a sibling discount if you have two or more children attending yoga classes. If you have one child attending a yoga term then it would be 10% off the cost of the term for each sibling after the first full price paying child. Please text or email Kate to find out more.

Do I have to stay for the class?

No, we ask parents to provide a contact number and an emergency contact number where they can be contacted for the duraction of the class. We also ask parents to fill in a registration form that we email out ahead of term so that we have information on any additional needs your child may have or any relevant allergies and medical conditions in case of any emergency. This information is optional but we advise parents to fill it out just in case.

Are the classes for both boys and girls?

Yes, of course. Yoga is for everyone.

What should my child wear?

To be most comfortable children should wear clothing that they can move easily in. Sports clothing or leggings or long shorts are great. Jeans or skirts and dresses are a little more difficult to move in. Children remove their shoes and socks for each class. If children prefer they can also leave their socks on.
